Hares: Jeff and Ian Coote with Daily Male

Location: Seoul International School in Kangnam

# of participants: 15

Summary:  15 walkers and runners showed up for MASH HASH 90 in a rainy Seoul Sunday on May 22 at the Korea International School in Kangnam. Hares were Jeff and son Ian Coote who had their maiden hare duty for MASH. The markings and the trail were great, but unfortunately had the rain fared badly with the flour. Numerous checks kept the group together despite a steep uphill to the top at 296.4 meters. The Bokuksa temple in the Deamasan was still nicely decorated after Buddha's Birthday. Both runners and walkers were dripping wet after the 90 minutes round in the rain, but this was compensated by Jeff's wife Cindy's homemade Chocolate Chip cookies for the On After. Only one crime, Helene for being picked up by car before the finishing line.

The group is quite international by now with a majority of Americans, but also Norwegians as always, Swedes, Finnish, Hungarian, Chinese, Korean, French and a couple of other nations if they all could come out of the closet and on to the trail.

The last MASH HASH before summer will be on June 26 and this time in the home terrain at the Ansan mountain - Northern Seoul. Hares are Daily Male and Company.

A MASH HASH PR committee is established to lure prospective HASH'ers as they arrive Seoul after summer. Leader of the committee is Joachim Jendestig!

On! On!
